BratGeny provides a creative online experience focused on Brat-inspired text graphics. Its homepage Brat Generator allows visitors to explore expressive typography, minimalist visual compositions, and text-based creative designs.

BratGeny may update the presentation or availability of its website and creative tools over time. Only functionality actually made available on the website forms part of the service.

Access to BratGeny is offered through the website. These Terms do not create account requirements, verification procedures, or account-management features that are not made available through the service.

Any ownership, storage, processing, or licensing terms for a specific service must be clearly stated with that service.

BratGeny’s original website text, interface elements, branding, software, and source code may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit those materials except as permitted by law or with appropriate permission.

BratGeny is an independent creative website inspired by the Brat aesthetic. It is not an official service of Charli XCX, her record label, or any other rights holder, and it is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with them. BratGeny does not claim ownership of original Brat album creative assets or third-party trademarks.

7. Pricing and Plans

Current published plan information is available on the Pricing page. The Free plan is priced at $0 and provides access to the free generator available on the homepage.

Published pricing does not by itself describe payment collection, feature entitlements, billing, or subscription terms. Pro and Custom enquiries are directed through the Contact page.

8. Payments, Renewals and Refunds

BratGeny’s published website flow directs visitors interested in Pro and Custom plans to /contact. These Terms do not represent that the website provides online checkout, stores payment-card information, or uses automatic recurring billing.

Where BratGeny offers a paid arrangement, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be communicated as part of the approved offer or agreement for that arrangement.

9. Service Availability and Changes

BratGeny may need to maintain, update, improve, or change the website and its available functionality. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside BratGeny’s reasonable control.
